Bringing Suji’s New Feature - Multi Device Control to life.

When Suji launched a new app feature - multi device control, they needed a clear and engaging way to showcase it to users. Static visuals weren’t enough, so I designed a 3D animated walkthrough using Adobe After Effects, seamlessly integrating with the app’s existing UI and UX.

The Problem

Suji was preparing to release a new feature within their app, aimed at enhancing the user experience and providing additional value to their customers. However, there was a major challenge—there wasn’t an effective way to introduce this feature to users.

Static images and written explanations lacked the engagement needed to capture attention, and there was a risk that users might overlook or misunderstand the new functionality. The team needed a visually compelling and easy-to-digest way to communicate the benefits of the feature while ensuring it aligned seamlessly with the existing UI and UX of the app.

Without an engaging introduction, the new feature risked low adoption rates, and the company needed a high-impact solution to showcase it across multiple platforms.

The Solution

o tackle this, I designed a 3D animated walkthrough using Adobe After Effects, bringing the new feature to life in an engaging and informative way. The animation seamlessly integrated with Suji’s existing app interface and user experience, ensuring a smooth transition for users.

By carefully structuring the animation, I highlighted:
- Key functionality – Showcasing what the feature does and how it improves the user experience.
- Ease of use – Demonstrating step-by-step how users can interact with the new feature.
- Visual engagement – Using smooth motion, transitions, and 3D effects to capture attention.

The final animation was distributed across social media and YouTube, maximising visibility and driving awareness among both existing users and potential new customers. By using animation as a storytelling tool, the project successfully communicated the feature’s value in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand.

The result? Increased feature adoption, positive user feedback, and a more immersive brand presence for Suji.

User Interface Overview

The user interface and user experience design was completed prior to myself starting with the business. I was only hired as a freelancer to turn their designs into a promotional Promo Video for social media.
